"Live Forever" es una canción la banda británica Oasis, escrita por el guitarrista y compositor Noel Gallagher. Esta canción fue el tercer sencillo de su álbum debut Definitely Maybe, lanzado el 8 de agosto de 1994, justo antes del lanzamiento del álbum.
Gallagher escribió esta canción en 1991, antes de estar en Oasis. Se inspiró en "Shine a Light" de The Rolling Stones; con sonidos básicos y una letra con visión optimista, "Live Forever" contrasta con la actitud de las bandas de grunge de la época. La canción fue el primer sencillo de Oasis en entrar al top ten en el Reino Unido, y fue aclamado por la crítica.
Recientemente fue colocada en primera posición en la lista 50 mejores himnos del indie por la revista NME.
El 2 de septiembre del 2009, 'Live Forever' ha sido elegido el "Mejor Canción de Todos los Tiempos" por los oyentes de XFM. La estación se unió a las fuerzas con las estaciones de radio de todo el mundo, incluyendo KROQ (Los Ángeles) y Triple J (Sydney) para elaborar la tabla.
Don't Look Back In Anger fue tercero en la votación con Wonderwall que quedó cuarto.
