A whiter shade of pale - Procol harum

We skipped a light fandango,
Turned cartwheels 'cross the floor.
I was feeling kind of seasick,
But the crowd called out for more.
The room was humming harder,
As the ceiling flew away.
When we called out for another drink,
The waiter brought a tray.

And so it was that later,
As the miller told his tale,
That her face at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale.

She said there is no reason,
And the truth is plain to see
That I wandered through my playing cards,
And would not let her be
One of sixteen vestal virgins
Who were leaving for the coast.
And although my eyes were open,
They might just as well have been closed.

And so it was later,
As the miller told his tale,
That her face at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale.

You can't always get what you want - The rolling stone (versión Band from TV... Hugh Laurie!)

You can't always get what you want.

I saw her today at the reception
A glass of wine in her hand
I knew she was gonna meet her connection
At her feet was her footloose man

You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes you might find
You get what you need

And I went down to the demonstration
To get my fair share of abuse
Singing, "We're gonna vent our frustration
If we don't we're gonna blow a 50-amp fuse"

You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes you might find
You get what you need
oh yeah!

I went down to the Chelsea drugstore
To get your prescription filled
I was standing in line with Mr. Jimmy
And man, did he look pretty ill
We decided that we would have a soda
My favorite flavor, cherry red
I sung my song to Mr. Jimmy
and he said one word to me, and that was "dead"

You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes you might find
But if you try sometimes you might find
You get what you need
Oh yes!
You get what you need
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want...

Bitter sweet symphony - The Verve.

Bittersweet symphony - The Verve.

Cause it's a bitter sweet symphony that's life...
Try to make ends meet, you're a slave to the money then you die.
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down...
You know the one that takes you to the places where all the things meet, yeah.

No change, I can change, I can change, I can change,
but I'm here in my mould, I am here in my mould.
But I'm a million different people from one day to the next...
I can't change my mould, no,no,no,no,no,no,no

Well I've never prayed,
But tonight I'm on my knees, yeah.
I need to hear some sounds that recognise the pain in me, yeah.
I let the melody shine, let it cleanse my mind, I feel free now.
But the airwaves are clean and there's nobody singing to me now.

No change, I can change, I can change, I can change,
but I'm here in my mould, I am here in my mould.
And I'm a million different people from one day to the next
I can't change my mould, no,no,no,no,no,no,no

Have you ever been down?
I can change, I can change...

Cause it's a bittersweet symphony this life.
Trying to make ends meet, try to find somebody then you die.
You know I can change, I can change, I can change,
but I'm here in my mould, I am here in my mould.
And I'm a million different people from one day to the next.
I can't change my mould, no,no,no,no,no,no,no

We've got ya sex and violence melody and silence
(Have you ever been down)
(I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down)

As tears go by - The Rolling Stone.

As tears go by - The Rolling Stone.

It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Smiling faces I can see
But not for me
I sit and watch
As tears go by

My riches can't buy everything
I want to hear the children sing
All I hear is the sound
Of rain falling on the ground
I sit and watch
As tears go by

It is the evening of the day
I sit and watch the children play
Doin' things I used to do
They think are new
I sit and watch
As tears go by

Mientras caen lágrimas - The Rolling Stone.

Es el atardecer del día
estoy sentado viendo a los niños jugar
caras sonrientes puedo ver
pero no son para mí
estoy sentado viendo
mientras caen lágrimas.

Mi riqueza no puede comprar todo
quiero escuchar a los niños cantar
todo lo que escucho
es la lluvia cayendo en el suelo
estoy sentado viendo
mientras caen lágrimas.

Es el atardecer del día
estoy sentado viendo a los niños jugar
haciendo las cosas que hacía
ellos creen que todo es nuevo
estoy sentado viendo
mientras caen lágrimas.

Another brick in the wall - Pink Floyd.

Another brick in the wall - Pink Floyd.

We don't need no education
We dont need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! teachers! leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

We don't need no education
We dont need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! teachers! leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

"wrong, do it again!"
"if you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. how can you
Have any pudding if you don't eat yer meat?"
"you! yes, you behind the bikesheds, stand still laddy!"
